Thanks to its revolutionary digital transmission mode, the spectral efficiency of the Axient Digital system allows for 23 channels per 8 MHz TV channel or up to 63 channels in high-density mode, satisfying ever-increasing frequency requirements.
Articulated around a common platform comprising an AD4D two-channel receiver and an AD4Q four-channel receiver, Axient Digital is offered with two transmitter families the AD series naturally replacing the UHF-Rs and the ADX series incorporating all of the innovative technology and features of the Axient analog system.
With its very wide switching band, identical for both transmitters and receivers, Axient Digital facilitates fleet management and frequency coordination on tour.
The Axient Digital system is compatible with the Axient AXT600 Spectrum Manager, and with most existing Shure accessories.
Because of its scalable nature, the Axient Digital series provides a true answer to today's constraints and tomorrow's requirements.
High Performance RF
Innovative digital modulation process ensures robust transmission and long signal range.
Measurement and display of transmitted digital signal quality for added safety
Performance comparable to an analog system in noisy environments and at range limits
Combined digital True Diversity ensuring stronger resistance to stalls and other anomalies
Quadversity function allowing four receiving antennas to be assigned to a channel to increase coverage or cover two areas (AD4Q only)
High density mode drastically increasing the number of compatible channels
Audio Quality
Fully transparent and musical sound: uniform frequency response - dynamic range 120 dB ensuring excellent transient response
Very low 2 ms delay between capsule and analog output (standard mode)
Dante digital audio network (AES67 compatible)
AES3: 96 kHz or 48 kHz
AES-encryption.256 for secure transmission
Management and Control
Wireless Workbench 6 frequency coordination and network management software
ShurePlus Channel iOS app for mobile control and monitoring
AXT600 spectrum manager providing real-time spectrum monitoring and backup frequency distribution to various systems
Dante Browse function allowing listening to any channel Dante in the network
Dante Cue function for monitoring all channels from a single AD4D or AD4Q receiver
